Pairs make compact which has a judicial and religious format by getting together. Thus,they promise to share a life mutually. This compact,which has an index of Koran and circumcision, gives pairs some responsibilies and concessions. While accomplising them, pairs must take some circumstances into consideraton before and after the compect. Otherwise, the expected consequence cannot be fulfilled in the mariage. Therefore, in Koran and circumcision, needed measures are taken to make marriage continuous and an incessant compact and it is tried to give pairs an aspect like this. As long as, paying attention to them in families, an happy society will be instituted by families like them.
- Aile kurumu, bütün toplumlarda olduğu gibi İslam toplumunda da önemli bir yere sahiptir. Taraflar bir araya gelerek hukuki ve dini boyutu olan bir akit oluştururlar. Böylece bir hayatı paylaşmak için karşılıklı söz verirler. Kur'an ve sünnet endeksli bir anlayışla oluşturulan bu akit, taraflara bazı sorumluluklar ve haklar yükler. Bunları yerine getirirken taraflar akdin öncesinde ve sonrasında bazı hususlara dikkat etmek zorundadırlar. Yoksa evlilikte hedeflenen sonuç yerine gelmemiş olur. Bu yüzden Kur'an'da ve sünnette, evliliğin devam etmesi ve sürekli bir akit olması için gerekli olan tedbirler alınmış, taraflara da böyle bir bakış açısı verilmeye çalışılmıştır. Aile içerisinde bunlara dikkat edildiği sürece, böyle ailelerden oluşan mutlu bir toplum tesis edilmiş olur.
